She managed to establish a good rapport with me, even though it was over the phone and then over a video consultation. She listened to my concerns about my child and reassured me about the condition. She prescribed me appropriate medication that helped clear the condition in a few days. She was efficient but the consultation did not feel rushed. Very happy with her, and would choose to see her in real life or online or over the phone again.
