The level of care and service has always been outstanding with a good staffs and receptionist. This is my family GP for many years. The late Dr.Gupta, may his soul rest in perfect peace. He is an amazing man. The good service continues under Dr.H and Dr.A Harrar. All the doctors here are very responsive to people's needs. They treat people with kindness, dignity and respect. The compassion and understanding showed to me and my family was above and beyond. Thank you to all the teams and doctors for their excellent job. God bless you all.

Dr Harrar has been my GP for 20 odd years now although getting an appointment with her is sometimes difficult but i am always happy to be seen by her husband or Dr verasamay Dr Harrar is very profession, compassionate ,very thorough indeed and overworked i have moved 4 times since joining the surgery 30 odd years again and absolutely refuse to leave the surgery [ please don't remove from the surgery] I have also encouraged many friends to join the surgery

Having been with this Surgrey for many years, I would rate it the best. • They are very caring, the staff are wonderful and I can assure you a first class treatment awaits you. •It is a walking in clinic were you can be seen at any time. • Your care and medical progress is monitored by the Surgrey, they will also update you, make referrals when and where it is necessary, (duty of care). • I will recommend this Surgrey to anyone. • if you need a family Sandmere Practice is the place.

The Sandmere Practice service is very good. The Receptionist and the Staff behind the seen are very good. They take actions very quickly. Dr A Harrah is very good and she is a good listener and quick to act. She has been looking after my family for over a decade. If I recommend this practice to anyone they will be please with the service. Keep it up Sandmere Practice and well doen.

I was so impressed at the quality and level of service given during my consultation with Dr A. Harrar that I felt genuinely compelled to seek out this site and pass on my thanks to her. I wont go into too many details but by the time I met the good Dr I was 6 weeks into a skin disorder that should have cleared up within 10 days after my original diagnosis. I met her feeling distressed and extremely neglected and just wanted someone to listen to me that the current course of treatment was not working (rather than fob me off and re-subscribe the medication for a 3rd time). She listened patiently to me and asked questions that were not immediately obvious to the symptoms I was displaying. She then gave a very fair and balanced medical assessment and moved my case onto the relevant health departments for further investigations. I am happy to report I have a meeting with a very senior ranking dermatologist tomorrow who will look at my individual case and take appropriate action. This might not seem like a solution but it beats the state of limbo I had been in for sometime now (over the weekend I was close to admitting myself to hospital I was in so much pain from skin irritation). I am truly grateful for her taking the time to think about my situation. She was understanding, genuinely interested and had a calming influence as she advised me what best to do next. We should all be very grateful that we have GPs like this working in the NHS, reminding us what a great service this really is.
