Very professional, treated me with respect and dignity and was very pleasant. Took the time to explain the procedure as it developed and what to expect next. I would recommend Dr. Sainsbury, to anyone who is worried about having a Colonoscopy done without sedation, apart from gas and air. All round good team headed by a special Doctor Thank you very much
