When I was diagnosed as diabetic I was nerves as I never thought I will get diabetics . I was having many doubts and confusion what to eat , how much to eat , what to do , what not to do. Dr Anil helped me with all clarifications and suggestions .I could control diabetics with in one month by following the suggestions given by Dr Anil, thanks a lot
