1) The doctor cancelled the appointments willingly without notifying the patient in advance, which increased the patient unnecessary anxiety and worry. 2) The doctor did not consider the patient's situation and arrange the appointments for the consultation without asking whether the time and day would be OK or not for the patient; when the patient asked to change the time or the day for the consultation meetings, the doctor just simply refused. 3) The doctor did not resolve the patient's health issues in time. In summary, the doctor does not listen to the patient, consider the patient's situations and deal with the patient's health issues.
