Dr Aneeta Hussein presents her patients with a very relaxed, friendly manner which puts patients at ease and helps create a positive environment for their consultations.
If a further diagnosis by a hospital specialist is required, she will not hesitate to arrange a speedy appointment, also if a patient concern has no consequence, she will be forthright and say this. I have had recent examples of this excellent capability and also her telephone calls to explain the diagnosis of recent tests - this saves her and my time, enabling her to cover a larger number of patients.
So far, her diagnosis have been correct, creating more confidence in her wide ranging capabilities.
She appears to have totally adopted the additional capabilities that the practice IT system has provided, which again saves her and patient time.
