I saw Dr Williamson at Westmorland General Hospital following my cancer diagnosis of an unknown primary. The cancer has spread to my lungs and thyroid and I wasn't sure what the future held for me.
He was very caring when I saw him in September asking about my journey so far and then discussing the plan of chemotherapy which would hopefully keep the cancer at bay.
I saw Dr Williamson again today to discuss my progress, any questions and how I was feeling. It was a joy to meet him again after a long wait and hopefully the treatment is working well with positive comments from him.
