Dr Riddoch is very professional. He is extremely kind, calm, and empathetic, with a good bedside manner. My only frustration is that he can be over-cautious, and urgent decisions can end up taking him a long time to process, but I trust his intentions and sincerity. A capable doctor, and a valued part of my treating team.
