It would be difficult to make any suggestions as to how this Doctor’s care and attention could be improved upon.
He is an astute diagnostician, and an extremely encouraging and supportive doctor. His approach to psychiatric care focusing on correct treatment (hence the comment above regarding skill and precision in diagnosis) and support in the community, involving the allocation of professional and empathetic support workers and provision of treatment regimes such as CBT, was the recipe that lead to improvement in my mental health. I am sure this could be the case with other fortunate service users.
