Was the so-called doctor in charge and my 'named' consultant. Only saw him once briefly at the end of an admission with numerous appointments left to other doctors. The difficult asthma service in Fulham Road is losing its way without it seems clear leadership. Communication is often a shambles leaving patients lost in the system, letters not sent, bookings astray, no action/treatment plans given ...
