Dr. Cupples is possibly the only Doctor that I have spoken to in over 60 years who A/- Looks you in the eyes! While actually NOT looking at a computer screen! B/- Listens to what YOU have to tell him! Then asks questions, and genuinely seems interested and no rushing out the door ! C/- THEN IF Required writes , out a Prescription ! D/- Appears to give a best as is possible diagnosis’s ! Dose not rush you out the door, nor writes out a Prescription before gearing ting you out! E/- The only Doctor I ever had an appointment with who appears to Believe in His Creator ! Permits you to speak about JESUS ! And is allowed to and will Pray with you if that’s what one may need at that time! Appears very Happy and relaxed! Makes me smile, Is very positive, and l actually feel better and most times leave rele relaxed, at Peace with Myself snd Generally and a feeling of well being! He still has what used to be called “ the bedside manner!” Do GPs.nog realise that some Patients just need to be listened too ( “ an Ear!). Think of the Millions that could be better spent if Doctors weren’t so quick to issue Prescriotions! Quite often apparently wrongly Diagnosed ? Dr. Cupples has never takes down to n me me or come over arrogant! Another GP, when I asked her had she read my notes before I came in replied:- “ no I did not have time, and we don’t have long, then when I told her my BP was 168/ 115/ heart beat 108, SHE told me that was normal for me, and held the door open for me! Dr. Cupples actually makes me feel better just talking to him ! Think of the £Millions that could be Saved if other GPs Learnt from Him ! I don’t think he has ever Prescribed Medicine for me that when I read the Data sheet tells me not to use this Medication if one is suffering from any any of these problems....... which I often have had!! Most Patientsknoe their own bodies better than a GP ever could! Appears to CARE ! Dose not say things like—-“ I wish YOU Preople would NOT read the Data Sheet info’ on the side or inside the Packet ! I believe GPS need to be good Physcologists ! Especially now Days ! Thanks Dr. Cupples, and thanks to THE LORD for Dr. Cupples Faith, which is rear today !! Plus for listening to me and not rushing me out the door and asking me have I ever tried Paracetamol for having sleepless nights for 25 years of Arthritis ! Thanks for not Prescribing “White” Medicine for a twisted gut and as two Consultants told me “ th earth mist severe Diverticular diseased vowel they had ever seen !
