This man was rude aggressive totally into his own needs and feelings, he treated me like I was some monster and told me that people like me can usually be found in Broadmore or Rampton. He does not like his patients to express their own views. After struggling for over 20 years with food issues his idea of a caring response to my asking for help was to tell me that as I did not have learning problems, he could tell by the size of me I clearly did not have a problem eating he could not see what the issue was. This was after giving me a lecture on the health risks of metabolism and weight gain in my 1st appointment with him. This highly regarded clinician stated to me That my previous psychiatrist Dr Eastwood was an old fashioned Dr into highly medicating his patients and he was having to work hard trying to sort out the problems he'd been left with. He asked me if I had seen Dr Griffith when i replied yes he said he was exactly like Dr Eastwood into medicating patients. As both of these Drs have retired they have no opportunity to address these comments on their professional integrity. So no I will not be leaving a positive statement about this man, as far as I am concerned he is not fit to practice medicine.
