Dr Anand is a very personable and warm psychiatrist, who takes the time to listen to his patients and collaborate with them as to what would be best - in my experience. He is validating of patients experiences and aims to resolve issues that extend beyond purely medication or treatment - he aims to improve their experience of the ward he works on as a whole, and is flexible in his availability, which makes such a difference. An exemplary psychiatrist.
