Listens carefully to my concerns and addresses the issues that are troubling me.
Takes action very quickly - when I went in with what I thought was a minor problem, he immediately referred me to the cardiologist, which turned out to be very fortunate for me.
I have developed several problems and he always liaises with the different hospital consultants and explains carefully what treatment I am on and why.
