Very sympathetic and not at all arrogant. Always takes pain seriously and offers relief. Never seems annoyed when you're unwell or upset. Always follows up on the many scans she orders and has a clear plan, never making you feel like you had a scan for no reason. Generally makes you feel really respected as a patient.
Never talks over you.
