I was referred back to the neurologists department, I had a telephone appointment with Dr Amanda Cox.
Dr Amanda Cox was kind and caring, Everything that was discussed I felt that I had been listened to.
Everything was explained to me, and following my call a letter plus a phone call was put in place concerning my mental health to my GP.
Many thanks for her support, I felt better once I had spoken to her concerning what needed to be discussed.
It is so nice to know that the time was given to me, along with the care that was there even though it was a phone call.
