I have seen Dr Halai a couple of times with my mother who suffers from Dementia. She is always going above and beyond to help my mother and genuinely cares about her. She is clearly a dedicated GP who I even saw helping out in reception as it was very busy.
The surgery itself is a bit of a nightmare but having Dr Halai there makes it a better place.
