The best health professional I have ever been treated by. She listens and involves you in your care whilst being very professional but not overwhelming. Dr Puffett is one of a kind and I couldn't have got through the last year without her. It's a shame there aren't more psychiatrists like her as she goes above and beyond at every opportunity.

The best psychiatrist I have ever come across - and I've been treated by a few. She treats her patients like intelligent human beings, with respect and humanity and with geniune interest. If only there were more like her.
