Before even explaining what I believed was wrong, I was told I wasn’t a priority and made to feel small and irrelevant. I was trying to explain I’ve found a lump I wanted examined and I could even get that out before she cut me off saying I wasn’t a priority and couldn’t be seen for a while. She was rude when I explained I couldn’t change the appointment (which I was told was set for that day) because I didn’t have my rota yet. She offended me so much. As a young girl in her early twenties who is just scared and wanted to speak to someone, she gave me the absolute opposite of what I assume is good patient care.
