Dr Corney showed great empathy and thoroughness during my appointment, especially with the unusual nature of my complaint. I felt reassured and although I did phone to update her with further concerns the next day it appears she was going to call to check on me anyway. Great customer service, I work in the customer service sector and can can tell when staff really care.
