I had a very reassuring meeting with Dr Anderson today. She dealt in a no-nonsense and sensitive way with a number of issues that I was presenting and in particular I felt listened to and understood even when I was unsure of how to explain my concerns or I used the wrong (layman's) terminology.
Although dealing mostly with the main issues, she also addressed other possible causes, symptoms and underlying concerns and re-visited my history - looking at all aspects of my health and well-being with a reassuring "Come back with any other questions or concerns at any time - or you can place a request for a phone call if you prefer".
