This Doctor is an exemplary professional. He clearly explained his role in my care. He explained how he was going to use diagnostic tools as well as procedures to remove fluid from around my lung. He used clear, effective language discussed my treatment with me, making sure I understood without patronising me or losing me with jargon.
He also kept to time scales of follow up appointments and also liaise with other consultants responsible for reviewing my health, ensuring clear communication.
Not only did I recieve excellent care, had total trust in Dr Ali, I also saw his humility towards other patients, stopping & kneeling on the floor to free a garment caught in a walking frame.
I have been very privileged to be treated by such a professional, caring, approachable Doctor.
