Try to do a bit of research about your condition. Don't be boring and leave it all to the medical staff......it's your body so find out what your issue is and get to grips with your Doctor's aims. Medicine is not spelled..m a g I c !

Dr Alex Thornton-Smith has excellent communications skills, and is a high level listener. He always reacts quickly to medical changes to my health, and explains why medication may need to change, and I also feel he genuinely cares about my health and well being. He is always friendly and you never feel rushed during a 1-2-1. Highly recommended and a true professional, and I feel very lucky to have his care and guidance.
