I’m happy with my doctor he is very helpful, I can tell him about my health issues and he is like my family to me. I’m very grateful for the support he gives especially I’m diagnosed with a rare disease,after I spoke to him yesterday I felt less worried about my medication and my health.

Dr Thorton-Smith, a.k.a Dr Chocolate, was very caring. He listened to my daughter’s questions and made her feel at ease and welcomed. Frida is never again going to hesitate on going to see the Doctor when feeling poorly. Thank you so much! She really enjoyed talking to him about lots of interesting stuff.

He can relate to my descriptions of my issues and explains the issue in understandable terms. His promises are always kept and I invariably feel better after a chat with him. The only improvement might be easier access to him.

What is good, a sense of humour, we had a deal about taking anti biotics for a chest infection, that he remembered. The course of treatment was successful. I was given a brush off about CABG check up a number of years ago that I am still taking through a process in secondary and tertiary care.
