Dr Thornton-Smith has been a proper "village doctor" to my family, he knows who belongs to who and will always ask about the family by name, we are not regular attendees so this shows me how much he cares about his patients.
During these difficult times he has always given my family face to face when required or requested, he follows up with us and is a very caring man
The kids also love that he apparently has monkeys in his cupboards!!
