Soon after my arrival at St Anthony's, Dr Kidd turned up in my room and talked me through the operation process, what would happen, and what I was likely to feel at each stage. Dr Kidd's approach, experience and communication gave me 100% trust in him and helped to calm any pre-op nerves.
I have to commend him for great work and follow up on the days after the op to ensure my progress was as expected, even coming in on his days off. What fantastic commitment to patient care !
