Dr Kidd was very good at the start of the operation clarifying what would happen which was reassuring. His manner was very relaxed and helped me to relax too.
Following the operation I woke up with no side effects and I was in very little discomfort. Dr Kidd made the effort to come and see me on 3 occasions which was reassuring and he explained the Recovery process clearly.
