No problems getting appointments although he is a very popular doctor. Sense of humour. Always gives me as long as I need to discuss my problem. Never makes me feel I am wasting his time.
Dr Millar listens but he doesnt seem to want to do anything to help. He seems to be more concerned about not upsetting "the system" rather than dealing with my needs as a patient. I went to see him with what turned out to be a serious condition with my spine. He didnt examine me, and when i asked him to write to the consultant he asked me "what i wanted him to say" I have never seen him in an emergency, but I am not convinced that he would act swiftly and decisively. When i go to see him I get the impression that he just wants to get me out of the surgery asap.
I have now made a decision never to go to see him again. Life is too short to put up with a bad GP
