Dr. EDWARDS, IS VERY HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITED BUDGET THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH, DR EDWARDS UNDERSTANDS PATIENT FRUSTRATIONS, HE FEELS IT TOO, IT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR, BUT PATIENTS RESPECT THE THE TRUTH, HE,S THE EXCEPTION AMONGST HIS COLLEAGUES
