The Barnes Surgery is extremely well run and responsive. As an infrequent user of GP services, when I make an appointment it's normally because I'm ill. More often than not I have been seen on the same day without hesitation. It's a very welcome change to other surgeries I have been registered at. For children, their care is even better. It really should be described as five star service.
Dr Palacci himself is a great GP. He takes the time to understand what your symptoms are and really assesses you. Every time he has treated me, I feel like I've been properly looked after by a specialist.
I couldn't be happier.
