Had a swollen, red face as the result of an insect bite three days earlier.
Phoned the surgery at 0830, called back by Practice Nurse at 0930, appointment to see her at 1130. Left with a prescription for antibiotics. How quick can you get?
This is not the first time I have experienced a fast response from this surgery.
