A doctor who really listens to what you have to say - empathises in a very human way and is very thorough in her diagnosis. So relieved to have found a GP who, for once, I have faith in. Dr Berisha has been consistently this way with myself and my children and despite the 'five minute, one ailment' protocol she will listen (properly) without the patient feeling like a waste of time and space. Dr Berisha appears to be actually interested in the patient as a person and wants them to feel better.
