I work for the same Healthcare Trust as Dr Nayar, in a commissioning role. Dr Nayar works alongside our team, on a sessional basis. Dr Nayar has been consistently available, and has provided a consistent and valuable contribution to the team. Our discussions with Dr Nayar relate mostly to in-patients, detained under the Mental Health Act, and who may or may not require externally funded care. Dr Nayar is immensely helpful, in considering least restrictive options for these patients, and promoting options that minimise the effect on the public purse. Dr Nayar is a pleasure to work with.
