Dr Nayar has essentially helped me turn my life around. After battling with mood swings and even alcoholism as I attempted to self-medicate, Dr Nayar listened and had the insight to encourage me to stay sober long enough that I could be assessed for bi-polar.
Since then I have been diagnosed properly, remained sober and am going from strength to strength in my mental and general health as well as my family life and career.
Can't recommend him enough!
