I recently met Dr Moss for the first time. Feeling initially anxious he quickly made me feel welcome and at ease. He explained all the options, was easy to talk to and gave me plenty of time.
He was the first person thus far into this hideous experience to give me a glimmer of hope and optimism while remaining factual and realistic.
I came away with a clear plan, clear understanding and expectations and feeling very well looked after.
I would not hesitate to recommend the whole team at the Breast Care unit for their professionalism, caring and supportive approach.
