4 stars because you really can't be totally convinced from only 1 visit.
At the end of the visit I was referred to be website carpal-tunnel.net which is really useful.
Why isn't it mentioned BEFORE your appointment (e.g. when the appointment is made)? The website info helps eliminate a number of questions; and means you can ask more targeted questions when you meet the doctor.
