Dr Brunt qualified from Westminster Medical School and moved to North Staffordshire as a consultant in 1991.He specialises in treating breast and skin cancer using chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hormone therapy and targeted therapy. Dr Brunt has a particular interest in clinical research and is the UK lead on national and international studies. He has been involved in the development and management of a number of trials over the last 20 years as well as recruiting many patients to studies. Cutting edge breast radiotherapy and targeted cancer therapy have been a particular focus in translational cancer research for the last few years
