Dr Lawrence is an incredibly reliable colleague. He listens to suggestions around his work and takes them on. Dr Lawrence is always happy to discuss anything with you, giving you plenty of time to do so. He is very flexible, and is always helpful within the team. He is friendly and makes effective working relationships. Dr Lawrence is always very polite, and speaks to everyone with respect. His work is organised and to a good standard, requiring only minor ammendments. He works with us, rather than against us and will always communicate with me to keep me in the loop -a key feature, in my opinion, to the smooth running of all of our work.
Working with Dr Lawrence has been delightful and stress free.
