During my first consultation with Dr El-Alfy I felt completely assured that he was listening to me, however what stood out most of all was his request that I book a double appointment because we had been a long time and it was unfair on the waiting patients and also on me because he did not wish to rush any treatment/diagnosis. He issued me with some literature to read and complete which gave me a sense of control over things. I have been with the same surgery for 33 years and I have never once felt negatively about anything I've been prescribed or regarding any consultation but this level of "service" was second to none.
