I and my mom got to see this Doctor at my GP and she was very attentive and addressed our concerns to the best of her ability. Maybe that's how they all are starting out in their careers but she took the time to explain things in understandable terms to mom and I anf reassured us when referrals were needed. Mom told me how comfortable she was with her and I had to agree. Had to be one of the few times I'd felt engaged in a GP appointment. Maybe there's still hope for the NHS !
