Dr Daruzzaman is just the best GP. He has dealt with a variety of issues with myself, my husband and both my children over the years at Fernbank. He is calm, approachable and very respectful and always makes you feel listened to and not rushed. As a nurse myself I see time and time again the pressure health professionals are under to meet targets under stressful situations. He never gave the impression he wanted you out the door but addressing all concerns. I was truely gutted when I heard he had left the surgery and admit to shedding a little tear.
I hope the GPs in training under him show the same humility and professionalism as he did.
A great loss to Fernbank.
