Listened well, took all the information in, and put us at ease about our sons diagnosis. Explained medical clinical information in a way that we were able to understand clearly, also gave advice where to find further information and support. Put us at ease regarding ongoing tests and how things will move on from here as well as good being a rough idea of how long things may take. We were offered several options of treatment, and ways to progress moving forward, we were given the information on each possible treatment and were under no pressure to follow any route of treatment, the decision was totally upto us and our son.
A very approachable Dr, who is very informed and knowledgeable in his field but put us at ease, listened to our concerns, interacted well with our son answering any questions he had, then gave reassuring advice and treatment routes.
