Although I have always found Mr. Hamilton's services to be good - he always makes a good job of cleaning my teeth - he lacks 'bedside manner'. He rarely seems able to say any more than 'Hello' and often refuses to acknowledge anything else I may say. It often appears that he either doesn't listen, or simply doesn't care.
