Andrea is very good, however I have been attending this practice for over 30 years I have never had any problems, but today following my appointment I was asked to sign and date a form, when I asked where shall I sign as the form was in Welsh and there was no English copy, I was told what do you expect you are in Wales. I totally agree I should have learnt Welsh but all forms should be bi-lingual. I stupidly signed and have no idea what I signed for, I would never have signed if the form was written in any other foreign language. Please ensure that there are always bi-lingual forms for clients to complete and sign .
