Never go here.It is awful.They had a lovely dentist called lars, who left.Then I had to see a so called dentist named ben watcyn jones. He was dreadful.He did not know what he was doing.He spoke about dentistry as if it were like car mechanics.He was cold, unapproachable, inappropriate and very unfriendly in his manner towards patients.He did not do the work correctly, but he made blunders, giving me unnecessary pain and discomfort.The filling, he told me I needed, came straight out when I first gently ate on it, and so did half of another perfectly healthy tooth, which he'd cracked when doing the filling on the neighbouring tooth.He had already told me all my other teeth were totally fine, before he did the one filling.So, I knew when my other tooth cracked, as it was next to the tooth he'd filled, ben watcyn jones had definitely caused this perfectly good tooth to crack.He'd done this by banging about clumsily in his many attempts to clamp the filling he was doing.There is no way a second tooth should be damaged when clamping to set a filling in a tooth.When doing a filling, other dentists are careful enough to not even touch one's other teeth, let alone bang them and damage them!ben covered that up when I had to return for it to be sorted.There's something wrong with a dentist who makes mistakes when doing dentistry, but then there's something even more wrong when such a dentist is prepared to then not admit his errors, but cover them up, twist what happened, blame someone else, and take no responsibility for what he'd caused.So, not only is he a terrible dentist, as he clumsily broke my healthy tooth, so he doesn't know what he's doing, but also, he is a liar.Lying about gross mistakes and about being negligent regarding one's work in any area concerning health, is appalling.Shame on him!
