Terrible attitude of some of the reception staff, sedation procedures poorly explained such as no food or drink after 4hrs before appointment. the next day appointments are not checked until 4pm the previous day so if there is a problem with your appointment you will get cancelled at the last minute with no chance to rearrange your days taken off work ect
