Very unhappy with a recent appointment due to the total lack of empathy from the female dentist Ms M.Edwards. I would not recommend her as a result. She may be a qualified professional but in my virw needs some training in people skills & empathy towards patients in distress & pain.

Empathy would be a good start with patients that are in distress & have been in pain!

This new sugery 's male Dentist told me to leave after protested that didn't want to assist with following up regarding referral for the Restorative top & bottom teeth crumbling which was being delayed as dentist hadn't made a fair case. Yet had referred to complexity knowing may be given to students eg : my implant dentist /anaethetist in London & there had been similar problems with earlier referral from practice before where used to live in had said not allowed by NHS to sedate as pulse regularly dropped to 8o & had oedema that had become & worsening ignored lipo- lymphoedema due to negligence & non provision . The PAH specialist had said no problem until attempted to implant Reveal Device revealing nothing but this due to admin on remits sampling.Then has not followed up appropriately since. When left asked for the Manager [ 10 surgeriesP/T ? ] who was nowhere to be seen nor did she follow up so have had to find another oneThis is extremely upsetting knowing also maligning me & bertraying confidentiality that do not have access to.

One of the few NHS practices still taking on new patients. Can be very busy due to it's popularity but easy enough to get an appointment even in an emergency.
