Despite showing my proof of benefits and being disabled and entitled to free dental treatment I have been threatened with a debt collecting agency collecting the money I don't owe! This will ruin my credit score etc.... cant believe the threatening letters this dental practice sends despite me showing my entitlement.....they really don't want NHS patients.....am very annoyed

If you are an nhs patient forget this surgery, I had issues with one of the dentists at this surgery due to her condescending manner towards me....I contacted the practice manager and politely asked if I could change to a different dentist in the surgery and she advised me to seek treatment elsewhere.....I think they badly need some professional male dentists as it seems to be an old wives club there with a dislike for nhs male patients
