Dr Natalie was so friendly and listened with sincerity. They made me feel completely comfortable. I felt well-informed on the benefits and risks, and trusted his judgement completely. i felt in safe hands and very lucky to have received such quick, expert care. She is the utmost professional in every aspect, dedicated, and always puts the patient's best interest first. I was very lucky to see such Dr with so much of experience but still so humble and caring.

spine surgery at St. Mary's Hospital and was left partially paralysed. The surgeon was allegedly Cheong Hung Lee Consultant Spinal Neurosurgeon, however the hospital don't even appear to be able to agree on who did the surgery, how, why, or when. It's impossible to get straight answers

Thank you to doctor Miss Clare Ress for taking surgery which went without any complications. It was hernia surgery for my 5 years old daughter on 17th April. I found the doctor extremely supportive and kind. My experience is very good in general as the whole staff involved proved a very good service. Thank you to all.

St Mary's is a central London hospital, it's BUSY, but the Bariatric team looked after me (and put up with me!) - as long as you approach the hospital knowing you aren't the only person in the world and understand they aren't a little village GP Surgery, you will get the best from them, I've met some of the most caring people helping me, or other patients and been through tests, consultations and surgery and my life expectancy has risen - I have received fantastic, life changing care.

Wonderfully kind nurses and the infectious diseases team couldn’t have done more to make us feel informed and looked after. They were informative, checked in with us regularly and we felt that at every shift change the doctors looking after us were well informed about my son’s care and history. The after care has also been brilliant with reassuring follow ups and great communication with community teams.

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the medical staff, clinicians, and physicians at St. Mary's emergency/urgent care departments. I was traveling from outside the country on business and had a medical event. Despite the challenging environment and operations required of the staff, they performed with compassion, kindness and professionalism. Much is required of these medical professionals in a deeply stressful work situation. All of them performed admirably and as well as anyone could humanly expect.
