Louise is a beautiful person who puts you immediately at ease and just makes you feel confident to tell her about any concerns or problems. She has a lovely way about her and is totally professional without losing the 'human' touch. Its very important to people like me who have undergone surgery, that they have someone to trust and confide in and Louise fits that profile. The stoma nurse was friendly and helpful also put me at ease nothing was too much trouble and she really listened she gave me some new pouches to try and cut them for me.I felt really at ease and she wasn’t rushing me. I feel so much better for talking to her
